속립성 결핵의 임상적 고찰

Abstract
53 cases of míliary tuberculosis were observed of which 39 cases have been treated or fo11owed more than two years. 1) There was higher incidence of disease in female than male. 2) The most frequent symptoms were fever, cough, expectoration, dyspnea and headache. 3) Sputum culture for TB were positive in 26 cases. (49% of a11 cases) 4) The duration of negative convertion of sputum was 31 % in first 3 months, 50% in 6 months and remaings were taken more than 6 months. 5) The frequency of complicated site of extrapulmonary lesion was in order of meninges, pleura. lymph node and larynx, spine, epididimus and other organs. 6) The period of complete absorption of fine granular infiltration from chest X-ray was 14% in 6 months and 44% in 12 months. 7) Among the 39 cases who had been fo11owed control more than 2 years, 30 cases were cured completely and 5 cases were not healed during 2 years or aggrevated, and 4 cases died.
