Abstract
A case of pulmonary cyst in the Ieft lower Jobe of a 37 years oId man was presented. His chief complaint was hemoptγsis. The radiological examinations showed a large cavity in the left lower lobe which did not appear to be tuberculous. This was treated successfully by left lower lobectomy. The cystic condition, in this case, was considered to be congenital and bronchogenic in origin.
