Am Unusual Endobronchial Mass

Abstract
We reported a case of endobronchia1 bacterial cluster presenting with cough and sputum. Right side bronchography showed tubular bronchiectatic change in right lower 1ung bronchus and 2 cm × 3 cm sized filling defect in intermediate bronchus. After bronchography, we evaluated the lesion of filling defect of bronchus by bronchoscopy The lesion was bright yellowish, irregu1ar 2cm×2.5cm sized mass on the orifice of right lower lobe and turned out as multip1e chained Gram -positive cocci cluster on Gram stain.
