Abstract |
lt is well known that the tuberculin aIlergy does not directly mean an immunity against tuberculosis, but we can estimate this allergy as a sort of indicator to immunity, because tuberculin allergy runs parallel with immunity against tuberculin up to a certain degree, However a very important problem in this scope is that how much effectively and how long we can maintain tuberculin allergy following B. C. G. vaccination.
l have observed some subjects on tuberculin allergy as follows:
1. Natural factors affecting Tuberclllin allergy.
a. The influence of Age. b. The influence of Sex. C. The lnfluence of some factors affecting on low degree-tuberculin sensitivity.
2. Artificial factors affecting tuberculin allergy: a. The influence of Ray. b. The influence of intermittend vaccinatíon.
c. The technical influence of Emulsifing Dry B. C. G.
d. The influence of B. C. G. concentration.
e. The influence of the time:: passing sfter Dry B. C. G. is emulsified.
f. The influence of dividing vaccination.
g. The influence of the time passing after production of Diry B C. G.
h. The influence of dosage.
i. The inf1uence of various dead, and living & dead mixed tubercular bacilli |
