Leucocyte Picture after B. C. G. Inoculation

Abstract
In the observation of leucocyte change after B. C. G. inoculation especially the leucocyte picture was compared with tuberculin allergy. 1) After B. C. G. inoculation the number of leucocyte increased and it continued 1 to 2 months duration. 2) In leucocyte picture the number of lymphocyte decreased within 1 to 2 weeks after B. C. G. inoculation. On the contrary. the number of neutrophil leucocyte increased and moncyte was late in increasing, moreover irregular in rate. Eosinophil leucocyte always increased within 1 to 2 weeks after inoculation and it continued 1 to 2 months duration. 3) In relation between tuberculin allergy and leucocyte picture. especially eosinophilia, the appearance of eosinophilia was earlier than that of tuberculin allergy.
