Abstract
On 309 cases of pulmonary Tuberculosis(21-33 years old) Tuberculin test was performed with 1: 2, 000 diluent of OT with and without mixed cortisone to determine the local action of cortisone on Tuberculin reaction and following results were observed. 1) Usually the reaction with tuberculin containing cortisone appeared less intensively than that with OT only. 2) With adequate dilution of OT and cortisone the reaction was more intensive than that with OT only. 3) The reaction with OT containing cortisone acetate was more intensive than that with OT containing hydrocortisone acetate. 4) Cortisone had an action of delaying the absorption of intradermally injected fluid.
