Abstract
The cross-resistance of strains resistant to 10R, 100r and 1000r per ml of SM and PAS and Ravenal strains resistant to 1r, 10r, 100r of INH were tested according to the primary step selection method. 1. Generally high cross-resistance was noted in the resistant strains in comparison with the sensitive strains. 2. INH-resistant strains showed relatively strong resistance to SM, while SM-resistant strains to PAS and INH. 3. Among anti-tuberculous agents. the order of high degree cross-resistance was as follows: SM, PAS and INH.
