Pulmonary arteriovenous malformations are rare diseases characterized by abnormal communications between the pumonary arteries and the pulmonary veins, that can develop in either congenital or acquired. The patient who is a 61-year-old woman with chief complaints of intermittent dyspnea, left chest discomfort and has nodular lesions on chest X-Ray and chest CT, identified with pulmonary angiography for the diagnosis of pulmonary arteriovenous malformation. We report a case of pulmonary arteriovenous malformation resembling nodular lesions in lung.
